inconsistent performance and tardy maintenance schedules. Our technicians are paid well and have been
trained in our structured maintenance program to assure consistent performance.
Our Preventive Maintenance Program is the best in the industry. When we propose a repair to our
initial contact person, you will see the project through completion, eliminating any "lost in translation problems."
Every piece of equipment we cover in our contracts has a performance log sheet assigned.
These performance log sheets are completed while we test your equipment
and they also track changes in performance from previous years. Upon completion of each of the scheduled maintenance,
a perforni@mee log sheet is returned to the shop where we review the sheets as a further step to ensure consistency.

"lock-in contracts." A lock-in contract is when you have to sign a legal contract for a year, or even up to five years,
which is a disadvantage to the customers. They say it locks you in at a good labor rate, yet if you read the ten-ns,

fit your needs and displayed in a one-year forrnat. However, if you are not happy with our service you may

ask your current service provider to give you a copy of their most recent inspection
reports so you can compare our performance tracking system to their inspection forms,
