HVAC Rebates

Cooling system upgrades:
Example: If you currently have a 10 ton roof top unit with an EER of 6 and you are installing a new 10 ton unit with an EER of 12 on average you will receive a rebate of $820.00 dollars and an average annual energy cost savings of $821.18 dollars.

Example: If you have a condensing unit with a SEER rating of 10 and you replace the unit with a 13 SEER you can receive a rebate up to $250.00 or a SEER rating of 14+ will give you a rebate of $350.00 dollars and that does not include the energy savings. Note: In most cases you will have to replace the evaporator coil to achieve these ratings.

Boilers:
There are many ways to lower your operating costs on boilers and there are rebate to help defray your up-front equipment costs.

Example: outside Reset controls will allow the boiler water supply temperature to lower when the outside air temp increases, lowering energy cost as well as offering a rebate of up to 25% of the controls cost.

Boiler Tune Ups: Some energy providers have rebates for boiler tune-ups; this is a great benefit to you, 25% off labor up to $250.00 dollars and a well tuned boiler.
