High Pressure Atomization Humidification
The high pressure atomization system Is always a good choice for the larger shops with out an air compressor.
How it works:
The high pressure atomization system is much like a pressure washer you would use to clean your car.
The system consists of a high pressure pump with an electric motor that runs at between 800 and 1,200 PSI,
high pressure flexible line or stainless pipe, high pressure nozzles with check valves to prevent leaking at
the completion of a call, and a humidity control.
The Good!
Low operating costs when compared to steam systems, Free natural cooling effect,
can use filtered water but prefers RO water, can humidify 20,000sq/ft on one system.
The Bad!
This system requires some maintenance on the pumping system from time to time, System adds cooling to space,
high pressure lines mean high pressure leaks, like the air atomization system the droplets are about 10 microns
in size causing you to use more clearance than with the ultra sonic or steam systems, more complex than air assist system.
The Ugly!
None.
