All Climate Heating & Cooling is aware of the problems caused by too much humidity in a controlled environment and we are familiar with the latest procedures and equipment to help you gain control and stay on top of this problem.

Weather you require service of existing equipment, new or additional equipment or prompt thorough maintenance, All Climate Heating & Cooling can solve your humidity problems.

Some of the following Industries we have helped with there humidity problems.

  • Data Rooms
  • Clean Rooms
  • Medical Manufacturing
  • Ice Rinks
  • Injection plastic manufacturing
  • Product Storage/ Corrosion Prevention
There are three main ways to dehumidify.
  1. Mechanical Cooling Causing Condensation.
  2. By Increasing Pressure Causing Condensation.
  3. By Presenting A Desiccant To The Air To Pull Moisture From The Air.

Mechanical cooling systems are commonly used for lowering the space temp of an area for comfort in the warmer seasons, and because the evaporator coil is cold, the dew-point is obtained removing moisture from the air in the space and furthering the comfort of the occupants. When the space temp is obtained and additional dehumidification is required we often run electric duct heaters, refrigerant hot gas or natural gas fired heaters to maintain the space temperature while removing more humidity.

Pressure: It is not often this form of dehumidification is utilized. When air is compressed the dew point temp is raised allowing you to remove moisture with little cooling required. The air would then be released into the space, lowering the space humidity.

Desiccant dehumidifiers attract Moisture from the air by creating an area of low vapor pressure at the surface of the desiccant. The pressure exerted by the water in the air is higher, so the water molecules move from the air to the desiccant and the air is dehumidified.
